dropdown menu problem

I have a client whose dynamic html dropdown menu is not working on their
computer.  It works on my computers just fine.  I'm quite the rookie and
was just happy to get this darned fancy button thing to work in the
first place.

clue me in if you have any words of wisdom.  Don't assume I know what
I'm doing <blush>.  There should be drop down menus for side nav buttons
Birdhouses and Soaps.

Please let me know what your specs are if you don't see drop down menus
on Birdhouses and Soaps.
