Plz critique: commercial

Hi,

Could you'all plz critique a commercial site that I'm taking live this
weekend? It's at: http://www.spiritofhorse.com/draft/

A couple of notes:
1) The search function works, but it's indexed to the domain root, which
only has a placeholder file.
2) The site is for 4+ browsers on 800x600+ monitors.

Feedback especially appreciated on speed, user interface issues, and whether
the design helps support/enhance my clients work.
