Critique of Comercial site

I am requesting a critique of a commercial site, any ideas or help would be
great. I have totally redone the front page and am still in the process of
the remaining pages. Some of the pictures are poor quality so you can see I
still will have allot of work to do. I also do not have in the meta tag as
of yet but will tonight sometime. I was thinking of changing all the
shopping pages to thumbnail sizes with a larger pic to click to for faster
loading, only problem is...... and PLEASE don't laugh (hehe) I am doing this
site for my mother, and she is really particular! I have tried explaining
load time as such, but well you know how mothers are!
