Critique Request - Commercial Sites (2)

First of all, let me say that I've really admired the quality of the reviews
I've seen here.  I hope you can help me with this site; I'm not entirely
happy with how it's evolving.  Elements of the site were dictated in the
owner's design request (sorry, I'm not gonna tell you which features....
:>).  Let 'er rip.

And as an added bonus, I'm re-submitting this site.  Last time I shared it,
I probably misrepresented it.  I appologize, it *is* a commercial site
(mine), but I'm not pursuing work via the site for another 5 or 6 months --
this is just a first go-round and an effort to legitimize some current
efforts.
