Mr. Daly, I took a look at your page, and although I didn't go through
everything, the one thing that I did notice was the bottom of the pages. You
have the following code:

<td height="100%"> </td>
</tr>
With the last table row having that height="100%" attribute, it creates a
lot of space at the bottom of the page. I would suggest taking out the
height attribute and putting in a spacer gif or setting the height to about
5 pixels (height="5"). That will keep the page from having too much scroll
at the bottom. Otherwise, a very nice site.
