Please critique site

I have been working on a site for a friend and I would like some
opinions on it. I'm very curious to know how it looks in Netscape
Navigator and on WebTV. I would also like feedback regarding the ease
of navigation and readability.

The URL is http://www.jaggededge.pair.com/ladyslvr/index2.htm. This is
a fan fiction site/archive for a mailing list that my friend
moderates, so the ease of navigation is important.
