Just had a minute to take a quick look.
Here's a few things I noticed....

- I don't care for frames but the frame on the left at least serves a
purpose.
  get rid of the top frame ... if you want put "Laura's Homepage" above
  'contents' in the left frame.  This would be a much better use of real
estate.

- The "cats and dogs" image was missing in the table of contents.

- Your photo on the home page is very very dark from your waist down, so get
rid
   of it if you can.... not the photo just the bottom half that blends into
the background.
  Crop the image just to show you.  This will save a lot of bandwidth and
will make
   a difference on the download time of the page.

- The 'about me' page and several others were missing the 'built with amiga'
image.
