Thoughts and fresh eyes please.

I've lurked for a bit.. but I need fresh eyes and minds.  For the past
couple years I've been doing a business site for my Dad.  Every year
we've changed little things.  This year I'm pleased... but then again I
should be... I sweated and cried and didn't sleep doing this.

What I'd love is to have some other opinions here.  Mostly on the general
look and feel.  If the navigation makes sense, and if the order form page is
clear.  Load speed times would be nice too.
