The site lay out is good.  Navigation structure makes sense, etc...  What I
couldn't figure out is why it was so slow loading?  I didn't check your
front page image size, but perhaps it needs to be optimized?  Since you were
using frames, I couldn't see the underlying html on the content pages so
don't know if there is some html issue that is causing the slow loads.
Subsequent pages seemed sparse on graphics so again, I couldn't understand
the nearly 25 seconds download time.  I would recommend you check with your
server company and see if they were having a problem this morning.

The text needs to be left aligned or justified in a table.  Centered text is
difficult to read and should be reserved for titles or captions.

The order form would look a little nicer within a table or formatted using
<pre></pre> tags.

The site seems to make its point.  You might just get rid of the front page
and put the welcome page text there instead so people know right away where
they are and why they are there.
