Commercial site critique please

Hi everyone.  I recently redesigned our company's website and would
appreciate some constructive criticism.  Please give me your basic info such
as OS, browser and version, display and resolution info, connection speed.

The main areas I'd like to check are:

Consistent look in a wide variety of display sizes (it was created in
800x600) and browsers, ease of navigation, fast download speed, and
attractiveness/appropriateness of layout/design.  Also your take on the
graphics I designed and whether they, too, are appropriate.

BTW, if you think the site sucks....tell me, I can take it. :)  Just be sure
to tell me WHY. :)
