Critique Request for Beast Within MUD website

I've been working hard to put as much information up as possible, and as
such have used pretty much the same design on each page. The site is geared
towards providing information , and is used mostly by players of the mud
looking for information to download and print or to read.  I am now
favouring the approach of a different front page style, but leaving (and of
course improving) the other pages and keeping them to one style. I'm not
very good with graphics atm, but my confidence is growing and hopefully, I
will be added curved edges (as on the angel page) to make it less rigid in
appearance and more graphics to accentuate the pages.

1) Are the pages too long?
2) Is loading time good?
3) Do I need to add more content?
4) colour scheme - i normally use white background but I was feeling
adventurous
5) Navigation

Please, rip the site apart, shred it to pieces.
