I tested your site through my ISP and also through AOL (accessed via
TCP/IP).

Through my ISP, it loaded at about 40 seconds on a 28.8 modem

I'm not sure why, but through AOL it took slightly longer (56 seconds for
all graphics to completely load).  However, the text appeared in less than
10 seconds.

I believe your client is having issues either on his system or in the area
he's calling from.
