Hmm, most sites are in line, or close to these percentages:
Netscape Navigator 3.x

While it's true that version 3 browsers still make up a good portion of the
Internet's installed browser base.. the numbers are shifting quickly to a
more 4.x centric platform base.
Our own stats, as well as those of Williamsburgh.org (a community web site
that we maintain), and a number of our client's web sites, also bear this
out.

You might want to consider what older browsers see.
I use NN 3, got script errors, and couldn't go anywhere
on the site. Version 3 browsers still make up a large
share of how people are seeing the web. I prefer it
because it is the least buggy of any version of any
browser (IMO)
