I like the overall feel of the site but all the time I'm viewing,
I'm thinking "too blue".  Have you considered a white, gray (to
match the mouse overs in the navigation) or beige background?
There is something about that baby blue that I haven't really
cared for on any site, though I do see that it carries through
the "water front" theme.

The banner and navigation bar are very nice.  Clean and crisp
graphics other than your own "Computing By Bridge" which is just
slightly blurred to me.  Great waterfront pictures other than
they leave one with the impression that Buffalo is either
overcast or smoggy at all times.  Might look for a brighter day.
Notice the better color in the pictures at the bottom of the
navigation bar.  I would also suggest the possibility of putting
two rows of pictures to break up the long scroll.

Of course the site could use a lot more content, but I assume you
are working on that.  Under your history, you might consider
providing a longer, historical paragraph about the few
attractions you link to such as Buffalo History Works.

Over all a very nice site with need for more content.
