It's definitely more professional looking (but you're right...I hate the
color scheme too!).  I like the arrows that change colors on the mouseover.
The edges of the darker color surrounding the Title and nav bar looks jaggy
to me at 640X480 res.  There is also about a pixel or two of the lighter
color showing at the right half of the top of that darker color on the front
page--looks like your line at the top of the shape wasn't exactly
horizontal.  I think this is getting better but lacks personality (the first
version had a lot of personality but just conveyed the wrong mood).
