Hi David,

I know it's a little late but I had no time before to look at
http://www.mgs-laboratories.co.uk.

1) There is no need for frames on this site.
2) The pix of micro-organisms need not be animated.
3) The black image of the person looking into a microscope lacks ALT text.
4) If you keep rollover buttons I would change the onmouseover image (I'd
prefer to just change the color).
5) No need for link list below on homepage as this information is found
under "Information" button.
6) I would put the pale gray background image on all pages or loose it
everywhere.
7) The links on page "Services" should be in a list.
8) Now you have a navigation problem on this page, of course... When you've
dropped the frame (and the awkward, fat, blue indicator bullet!) you could
do, for example, what I did on my 3 pages in section "Solution" on my site:
make "Services" a section, then put your links list under the header, and
keep it on every page of the section, just making the link to the actual
page a non-link that indicates the position.
9) Page "Contact Us": I'd put the visible table below the text and drop the
borders.
10) Button "Who are we?" should be below "Enquiry".
11) The navigational links between the different pages concerning contact,
mail, form, enquiry... are confusing and inconsistent.
12) A link to the page containing maps should be in the button row.

If there was a consistent page layout, no frames, and better navigation, the
look and feel of the site in total, though, would be clear and simple and
well accessible. Of course, you can spice it up with CSS :-)

HTH, and good luck!

Gerhard
