I'm not sure if this message got out cause I'm having some problems with my
e-mail so please excuse me if there are two sitting there.

I'm asking members to provide some useful feedback on a commercial site my
partner and I have developed for a client.  We generally provide a new look
for the site once a year.  It's a rowing site for a retailer who specializes
in rowing apparel.  It is informational and includes a shopping cart.

Comments regarding the site from visitors have been favourable regarding the
appearance but we recently received an e-mail from the owners suggesting
that two visitors had complained that the site was cumbersome and difficult
to navigate.  I have e-mailed the visitors but have received no responses
from them for details.

I would truly appreciate a professional evaluation of the site in terms of
navigation and if there is anything in the layout that appears to be
cumbersome?  Is the catalogue cumbersome?  Are we missing something?  Please
help!  We need feedback to bring to our client to suggest that the site is
OK or could improve by doing this or that.  You can view the site at:
