I am looking for your opinion of my site. It is a non-commercial =
personal page that I do just for the experience. Layout, content, =
design, appearance at different resolutions, different browsers etc.. =

I am aware of a problem with the way the frames appear when Netscape is =
used. A screenshot of the way I see the page is available through a link =
at the bottom of the main page. Any advice on methods of making this =
site multi-browser friendly would be appreciated.
