I really like the skyline graphic.

What I think would improve the site, as Killian said, is to get rid of the
background image.  I'm thinking you'd vastly improve the feel of the site if
you made the sidebar a frame and use the sidebar graphic background as the
background for that frame.  Then in the main frame, you could somehow turn
your skyline graphic into a top banner image.  In any case, you don't want
to lose that graphic --it's really catchy.

Though it may be an Internet cliche, you might consider an "inverted L"
framed site, stretching your skyline graphic to accommodate the top of the
inverted L frame.  The sidebar frame would remain as described above.  Your
main frame could then be used for an opening paragraph or two of services
offered, with the links you already supply at the bottom.
