I know the pop ups are bad there, they didn't have any when I signed up but
they keep adding them. I have a small site at virtualave no popups small non
flashing banner.

 I am already working on spliting the files up, leaving out the self
modififing code that buit part of the page and keeping the graphics to a
minimum, just a Text header at top of page and a very small simple gaphic
for background.

 The pages that have to have all the graphics don't have anything else on
them.
I will let you know when the changes are made to the new site.
