Hi there

A few thoughts

1) The page is too large.  For a fairly straightforward text information
page, it is way too big (87k).  Mainly the top image with the older guy on
the bed, and especially the image (softfirm_2.jpg).  It is 30k alone!!!

2) The side navigation disappears on some of the sub-pages and moves to the
bottom, which makes navigating the site a bit tedious.

3) I find the font on the navigation menu a little difficult to read.  Maybe
it is the all-caps.

4) Sorry, but it looks like the older man on the bed is groping the girl.
maybe it's just me.
