Nice site Chris.  Here are a couple of suggestions that you might want to
consider.

Opening splash page - nice over all look but the white text, IMHO, is too
big and too opposing in color the other colors used.  How about a smaller
font and perhaps a light gold or yellow to pick up the graphic color.

Under Services the first letter in "Introduction" is blue - it seems out of
place.

Library - not sure why but when I click on "Basic Research" which appears to
be a link, it goes no where.  Same thing happened on the ancillary page when
I clicked on the same phrase.   I certainly hope you've listed Katsuey's
Legal Links at www.katsuey.com!  It's one of the best legal research
resources out there and it's free.  I personally don't care for you "New"
signs under "ancillary".  I'd rather see something on the page which shows
when you last updated it since "New" can sit there for 15 years.  I also
don't like your computer graphic on that page - most of your graphics are
clean and crisp, this one is not.

On your location page, there might be a requirement (depending on where you
got the map graphic) to state who supplies the graphic - I know that
MapQuest has this requirement.

All these are little nit picks.  The site overall is very nicely laid out,
professional, clean and nice use of white space.  Since you have created the
site in FrontPage, I'd like to invite you to enter the site in the Site of
the Month Contest at http://www.venusdesigns.net/siteofmonth/.
