Though I have the same opinion as kilian (in most cases) I must aggree to
what Susan Buchanan said:

Mabe you have good skills in webdesign (I don't know; some things on your
webpage are also bad made to me, but that's just MHO), but keep in mind that
there are also new designers which just started this business. This list and
the whole HWG is for helping them, not for kicking them down. I learned a
lot from the people here, and they want to do the same. So help them !

of course, this is just .... my two cents .....
