Could you please critique a business site for The Many Splendid Thing at,

I asked for a critique for this site about a month ago (I think) but it has since been changed.  For some reason, when I view the
site with Netscape 2.02, it sometimes does not show part of the site in the main page and then others.  It also sometimes displays
the moseover code, I want this to be hidden.
