Please Critique Postcards

Hi Gang,
I have kind of a weird request. I'm not sure this is the right HWG forum to
submit it to, but here goes.
I'm doing a website for a client in NYC. He asked me to design 8 postcards
that he could take to his printer and then mail out to his clients. I
designed the cards in 300 dpi, but reduced them to 72 dpi for a preview on
the web.

I'd sure appreciate any feedback on the layout and composition etc
