Community Theatre site

I'd love some feedback on the site we're developing for our community
theatre.  Keep in mind that our audience is mostly senior citizens.  The
site is designed for them and also for our volunteers.

I'd love to know if anyone has any trouble with loading time on the picture
archive pages.

It's already been suggested that I use frames for the navigation, but I'm
not very familiar with them and I'd like to stick with what I know for now.
