If I were you, I'd change the font on the banner with the cityscape.  I
don't know which one would look best but I'd play with it some more and find
one that is more appealing to the eye.  The yellow and green don't go well
together in my opinion.  I like the city picture and I like the money but
they clash the way it is now.  Why not throw some change on top of your
dollar bills and go with that color scheme?  There are some nice
brownish-copper tones in your city picture.  Maybe copper and white as your
main colors rather than green and yellow.  Go to
http://www.unc.edu/~fischer/sg2/js/samples/basic216.html to get a good idea
of the colors that are truly web safe.  They are arranged so that you can
see which go together.
