First off, the positives.

1) Nice use of images, the are pleasing to the eye, and get the point across
2) Very straight-forward layout. Navigation is clear and works great.

Now, the suggestions.

1) The front page is Way too big. I am DSL, so it is OK, but that first
page image is 130k. What you are going to do is scare away any pour souls
that are still on dial-up. at 56 k that page is going to take on the order
of 30-40 seconds to load. That alone will cause many users to abort your
site.

2) Your main page is another 100k. Again, this is extremely large. Maybe
make the images smaller than they are?

3) The navigation image could be reduced. It is 656px wide, and could
easily be 400px, which reduces the load times.

Well, I really like the site, and if it is targeted at people with high
bandwidth connections, then I really have no quibbles. However, if it is
targeted at a more general audience, I was hard pressed to find ANY page
under 50k. That may scare some people away, as they will be bored with the
waiting.
