these are the fonts that came with Caldera Linux, plus it had Chauncery

On my FreeBSD box with no changes made to it I have the following -
(not all inclusive)
Charter, Courier, Gothic, Helvetica, Lucida, Lucida Bright, New Century
Schoolbook,
Terminal, Times, Utopia
*nix OS's are generally much more limited in font section, in their default
setup, though many type1 fonts are available.
