You are right, the frames do detract from an otherwise nice looking site.
Overall, I'd still give the site a good rating, but there are some problems
which should be able to be fixed fairly easily.

1.  There is at least one applet button which cannot be seen, last one I can
completely see is "What we do"

2.  I like the applet buttons but the first two need some work.  The next
two that I can see look very nice.  The first two have something to do with
the varied blue background.  You are going to need to take that part of the
background into a good graphics program to get the colors exactly right for
the applets.

You've got a good site going, but these little things are really taking away
from it.  Oh  "copyright"  not "copywrite"
