Me too. Using CSS for all the styling greatly reduces the amount of markup, and
allows the browser to quickly download and display the page.

Thank you for that correction. I had copied and rearranged the info from the
Department of Defense website.

I thought it would be too distracting to make the names look like links. I do
have "Click on a soldier's name for more information" in maroon at the top of
the page, but I guess I'll increase the size of this text and also put it at the
bottom of the list.
