I'm pretty new at this and so won't have a whole lot of comments.

First, overall I really like the layout of the site. It is clear and easy to
navigate in my opinion and looks well-planned.

The two things I would change are:

On the front page, the animated text is just too gimmicky for a site that
needs to be conservative.  You already have something 'unusal' with the
vibrant colors on black, and I found myself watching the 'effect' and not
remembering what the words in the effect said.

Second, the blue you are using needs to be brightened up. I have a decent
monitor and can hardly read it.  One of my clients has a pretty cruddy
monitor and I know he'd never be able to decipher what it  says.  I think
you need to mix in a bit of red and green to brighten up the overall shade.

These are just my opinion.
