    I took a look at your site and did not go past the first
page.......sorry
The opening page background was quite blinding with that green
And the black text was hard to read on that background.
OK now I went to the non-frames page (it is great you give a choice for
those of us that hates frames)
OK I would have to say you have a lot of content and should set it up with
links to the different sections within the page so you don't have to do lots
of scrolling.
And there is that awful green background again........(I put my sunglasses
on now)
OK I went to the frames page and I like its setup.......linking to the
different sections as you should have done on the no frames page
And there is the green background again....but my sunglasses are  helping me
now....<grin>
And I think the idea of helping to find missing kids is great but on a
business web site?......I don't know maybe it is good for the business to
support this kind of community service....<great idea to me to use the
Internet to find kids that are missing>
And on your frames page.....your "Home" link should target the main frame
not the top frame...cause it now opens in the tiny top frame and you can
hardly see any of it.
