Hello there!

This didn't work last time so I'll try again!

I would appreciate any opinions on the general layout of this site, the code
is currently quite rough, but will be optimised when everything is totally
done and decided (set in stone).  The site is designed to display
information very quickly, and as a strict direction from the client
(unfortunately) we have had to use all their text down to the letter. So,
general layout, speed, and other criticisms would be appreciated!
