IMO, reducing the file size of the index page would be first priority. As it
is currently, the page takes too long to load. Also, you're trying to cram
too much information on one page. You have enough information here for
several pages.

Your title graphic:  http://www.pro-softsystems.com/images/PSLogo1.gif needs
to be redone and, this time, saved with an optimized color palette.
Currently it dithers badly because it was saved with the default palette.

IMO, you've overused the horizontal bars;

The navigation buttons up top are too large (pixels), IMO. Reducing them to
150 pixels wide would be better.

IMO, your font colors don't go together. You have navy, then green, then
red, then brown. I'd stick to 2 or maybe  3 colors tops. Use one for the
headings and one for the body text. Then if you need to emphasize something,
use bold or italic.

The bottom horizontal bars http://www.pro-softsystems.com/images/woodbar.jpg
are completely out of place. They even have the wrong background and it
shows.

While I am a fan of animation, in moderation, IMO they have to be a small
file size. Your e-mail animation,
http://www.pro-softsystems.com/images/mail2.gif  is almost 21k!! Try to
limit your entire page to 40k or 45k in file size to ensure quick loading
times.

Personally, I'm not a fan of table borders. IMO, you get a cleaner look
without them. Try using background table cell colors if you need to segment
information.

Glad to see you have full contact info for the company at the bottom.

I'd get rid of the icons at the bottom, though.
