Hi Bram,

At first glance I'd redo the title animation:
http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Alley/2811/animated.gif
it's suffering from a major case of the jaggies. It needs to be
anti-aliased. Also, 25k is very large for this type of animation. If you
would make it a few pixels narrower, it would not scroll the page at 640
screen res.

I see you used GIF Construction Set to create it. Try Ulead's GIF Animator:
http://www.ulead.com
It has the unique ability to create very small file sizes by using variable
sized layers. Each image layer, or cel, can be any size you want, and can be
positioned where you want regardless of the locations of the other cels in
your animation. Also it will optimize your color palette to the smallest
possible file size. My guess is that GIF Animator could create your same
animation at around 6K. Bottom line, better animation, faster downloads. It
rocks!

IMO, loose the table borders. I'd use cell padding, cell spacing or
background cell colors instead.

Straightforward. I don't know if "Index", however, is the best choice for
the home page. As web authors, we all know what you mean. But will you
audience? IMO, "Home" would be a better, more familliar choice for your
visitors. Cool button shapes BTW.

I have no knowledge of this topic.

Good luck!
