I only had time for a quick look. First off, your DOCTYPE belongs at the
very top, even before the <html> tag.

Your navigation table width is set to 100% and is causing the rest of the
page to scroll.

Your "Online Shopping" graphic:
http://www.pswd.com/images/shopping.gif
needs to be saved with an optimized color palette as it's dithering badly.

Your Java navigation does not include an image alternative for those
browsers that cannot process Java applets. Those visitors will see only gray
rectangles where your navigation now is. I know that's not your doing, as
FrontPage "hover buttons" do not allow for this. Try using another Java
Applet for the navigation, one that allows alternative images for those who
cannot see Java.

With all due respect I'm going to stop right here. IMO, you're botching the
use of the "borders" function of FrontPage's navigation feature. IMO, you'll
need to go back and adjust your layout and rethink what you're trying to do.

I use FrontPage 98. IMO it is a very powerful program that can produce great
websites. However, the author *must* be fully aware of its power,
limitations and idiosyncrasies. I humbly suggest you lurk about the FP
newsgroup at:
microsoft.public.frontpage.client
Seek the opinions of Peter Perchansky and MD. They are FP98 experts. Also,
there is a comprehensive book just out about FP98 entitled "FrontPage 98
Unleashed" by William R. Stanek available at www.amazon.com Buy it, use it.

Good luck!
