Commercial Critique: VanBurenGolf.com

Fellow Guild Members,

Please critique a new commercial site I've created. Its purpose is to
promote a local golf course which has been totally remodeled. The owners
intend on attracting local web visitors by placing a prominent vinyl banner
with the URL on a major intersection that the course borders against.

I'd like to know about:
1) Your o/s, modem, screen res & color depth.
2) Download times.
3) Navigation.
4) Graphics; too big, not enough of them?
5) Frames implementation. Since my client insist on them, are they
acceptable as they are?

As noted, this is a frames based site. The no frames version will be
completed after we finalize the frames version. At this time, the no frames
version is not available.
