I like the site.
It has a clear and tricky design that represents an engineering company. The
logo and the sparingly use of color corresponds to the corporate identity, I
think.

less good:
The left navigation area sometimes has links and sometimes not. And the
three gifs for map, contact and about are not shown on every page. Perhaps
they could be placed down in the left area so they could be found on the
same place on every view (like they are on the first page).
