Commercial Critique: NatureSleep

Fellow Guild Members,

Please critique a new site I've created. Its purpose is to provide a
convenient way for a prospective customer to purchase the featured product,
online.

The site's navigation is set up a little different from my typical websites.
I suspect that some of you won't like it. But it's being done for a specific
reason and the results are going to be carefully measured over the next few
months. If we find that our visitors are not turning into sales, then I'll
rework the navigation to a more "traditional" format.

A little background: This product was only recently available to the public.
Previously, only hospitals had access to it. But what the manufacturer found
was that many hospital patients were asking about where they could purchase
one for their own. We're betting that our typical website visitor will be an
individual who is already intimately familiar with the product. So we've
chosen a soft sell approach - we think. Yes, we could have gotten into much
more detail, but we don't think that will be necessary. Time will tell.

I'd like to know:
1) Your O/S, modem, screen res & color depth.
2) Download times.
3) MouseOvers - does anybody's system crash?
4) Most important: Imagine if you will, that you already know about this
product and you just want to buy it. You don't need to be sold, you just
need to order it. Is the site too lengthy? Just right? Need more info?
