Commercial Critique: Antelo Place

Fellow Guild Members,

Please critique a new commercial site I've created. It's purpose it to
generate sales leads for a real estate agent.

This site is  95% complete. The layout and graphics are done, but the sales
message is not. I'm awaiting that from the agent's marketing person. Also,
conspicuously missing is full contact info on every page. We're still
setting that up as well.

This website posed a particular compromise; the background. Since I can't
run Debabelizer on my machine (it crashes other apps) the background file
size is larger than I want it to be. Something had to give, so the
compromise I made was going with a 800 pixel wide image. Consequently, all
you folks out there running a screen res higher than 800 are going to hate
me. *Sigh*, such is the life of a website developer.

Please comment on:
1) Appearance
2) Layout
3) Content; if you were in the market for this particular class of home,
what sales message would you expect to see?
4) Navigation; does it make sense?
