Critique please

Hi

I put my url up for critique recently, and one gentlemen said he found the
particular javascript rollover system I have in place was not very
intuitive. I also feared this when I made it, but persevered.

However, now I am having second thoughts about it - maybe I could get some
more opinions? The URL is

(The rollovers only work in IE4 at the moment - I am still trying to figure
out NN4 and IE3 :)

While your there you might give a critique of the rest of the site too.
