The index.htm page loaded quickly. Good job.

IMO, text links at the top of the index.htm page doesn't layout very well.

IMO, your Defaul1.gif somehow misses the mark. I understand what you're
trying to do, but the image isn't doing it. Perhaps make "In Focus" bigger
in relation to "Syracuse".
Also, SYRmap1.gif needs to have that gray area taken out. Save it as a
transparent color.

I noticed you're using the "Tahoma" font. I don't know how common that is on
computers out there. You may want to rethink using it. Also, when you use
<font face="Arial"> be sure to make it <font face="Arial, Helvetica"> for
the benefit of Mac people. It'll look more like what you intended. FP97
doesn't make this easy to do with it's HTML editor, so you may want to do a
Find/Replace in a text editor instead. Don't worry, FP97 won't mess with
this tag.

I would place your copyright notice at the very bottom and definitely not
above your links.

Why did you change fonts on your infocus.htm page?! Mistake. Please correct
this.
The image smithred.gif should be a JPEG and not a GIF. It's way too heavy at
49k.

Regarding the downout.htm page. Why did you make the font so small?
Consistency, please! The image, yboys..jpg, is in the correct format, but
you may want to back off the compression a bit. MABREW.gif is the correct
format, but needs to be saved with an optimized color palette.

Ahem! LOMBAR.gif should be a JPEG. And at 199k - whatsupwiththat?!! Alton,
you're going from one extreme to the other with your images. Please pay
closer attention to your file format and file size.

For consistency's sake, you may wish to create a response page for the
feedback page with a look and feel like the rest of the site.

Am I missing something? What's the purpose of the syrdemo.htm page? Why does
it only have a "Table of Contents" link and not navigation like the rest of
the site?

Speaking of the Table of Contents page, the names for the links are not
consistent with the rest of the navigation.

It's obvious to me that you're using all the FrontPage 97 web-bots. You may
want to re-think this. Just because the features are there, doesn't mean you
should use them.

IMO, you're site would benefit greatly if you took a few sheets of paper and
plotted out the entire site. It's very fragmented right now. It doesn't
flow. You could streamline a lot - that is, take out some things you now
have. Things like the Table of Contents, Search, and syrdemo.htm.
