Would appreciate a critique of the site redesign that I am working on. This
is a password protected area. (By the way, although the javascript drop-down
list is functional, the links will take you away from the redesign to

Have tried to incorporate the latest W3C guidelines on Web Page Authoring
for accessibility issues. The site does not use frames nor style sheets and
all aspects of images, javascript, and HTML coding should be accessible to
screen readers.

Would appreciate comments via the gamut of web browsers and display
resolutions.

Also, if anyone else is adhering to the W3C Accessibility Guidelines, I'm
wondering how you addressed (or would address) the following issue:

All forms should have an appropriate submit button. However, with javascript
and select inputs, you don't need the submit button. I've incorporated the
appropriate <noscript> tags but when testing through the Bobby utility it
still gives me a missing submit error with the form tags.
