Leo,

A quick glance at your source showed the reason you can't see your mouseover
in Netscape. The "hover" state of an address tag is an MS IE 4.0+
proprietary feature. It's not standard to level 4 browsers or to CSS level
1.

If the standard browser for your client and members is IE 4.0 there's no
problem. If you need to be browser independent you'll have to use JavaScript
or some other coding to create image mouseovers.

Hope this helps,

Subject: State Agency web site-Mouseover question

Hi all...
A State Agency wants to use mouseover on the index menu...
see http://www.e-source.com/retire/active.html
While the mouseove works in IE 4.0 and higher, and works in NeoPlanet, it
doesn't work in NN.

I'd appreciate any comment on the web page, particularly on a work around
that will allow the mouseover to work in NN...
