Critique a Commercial Services site

Hi gang,

Let me start by stating that all comments, suggestions,
and questions are welcomed.

www.givetocharity.com has been up and running for a couple months now.
Growth has been good, traffic has been low, and questions have been many!

What I am looking for is some objective and neutral input.
Most of the comments and questions we get are from the nonprofit community.

All aspects of the design and content are under my control, so...
Please review the site for ease of understanding, unprofessional wording,
business concept, marketing mistakes, etc.
