bgproperties=fixed is an IE-ism, usually rather annoying since it can cause
the
content on the page to "jump" as you scroll.   Hopefully, NN won't include
this
non-compliant code in any of there versions   :)

Thing I noticed is that the background is fixed, and the content
"slides" over it. Looks like someone is dragging a overhead over the
background texture. At least that's what it looks like in my IE 4.

Pretty neat. First time I saw it.
