Critique Please

Hey Guys... 

Okay.. this is my first submission for a critique, and I should
have a few more to follow in the next few weeks (the most
important one being a law firm, and that site is almost done).

This is a site I did free of charge sorta as a  favor to a friend
and I said I would do one a year for a non-profit group.

This is a High School Performance group, one of the two groups
competes nationally and does quite well.  I wanted to give
them something they could all be proud of and as well use it as
a reference tool. 

I realize that there isnt a whole lot of content (okay okay. there
IS no content)...  but Im looking more from a design/technical
review of what I have created.  I ran it thru W3C but I think
because of Geocities hosting it its giving me alot of Script
errors (and I didnt use any scripts so Im assuming its something
Geocities added since it is free hosting).  Also, if you think there
might be something I want to add let me know and I will of course
consider it.  

One thing to keep in mind...  I know that there are no pictures
showing up.  That was done purposely, as they havent gotten
me the pictures I need just yet.  So...  use some imagination
a bit.  ;)

Anyway.  Let me know what you think.
