Mac help needed

I have been designing sites on a PowerMac and have never had a problem with
the site looking entirely different on a pc.  Well lately this has been
happening and I have no idea why.  I verify the site on several different
browsers on my Mac on its fine.  Then I look at it on a pc and its not
aligned.  Am I doing something wrong or how do I correct the problem.  The
site is listed below.
