Yes.  Even a dummy could find their way around in there.

Not too much at tall.  Very subtle.

My overall impression is this site is crisp and clean, but carries its 
weight.  It says what it needs to with simple unobtrusive graphics, and 
the navigatability is such that even a beginner could find what he's 
looking for.
